BEDTIME DRINKS THAT CAN BOOST WEIGHT LOSS OVERNIGHT

The road to losing weight, specifically stomach fat, can be such a discouraging process, especially when you have to deal with stubborn belly fat. But it is possible to trim off a muffin top even while you sleep. Here we share several bedtime drinks that will help burn stomach fat faster.

Cucumber Fat Loss Drink

Juice the below-listed ingredients and consume the drink before going to bed. You can continue it for a month and then take a break for one week. If needed, you can start the cycle again.

  • 1 cucumber
  • A bunch of parsley or cilantro
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger
  • 1 tbsp aloe vera juice
  • 1/2 glass water

Pineapple Drink

Bring the water to the boil in a pan. Zest the lemon and squeeze the juice. Add the sugar to the water and simmer it until it melts completely. Then add the lemon zest and take the pan off the heat. Pour the syrup into a pitcher through a sieve. Add the lemon and pineapple juices. Cut the pineapple and add it to the drink. Let it cool to room temperature and put it in the fridge. Garnish with slices of fresh pineapple before serving.

  • 1 liter of sparkling water
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 can of pineapple in its own juice
  • Mint

Vegetable Drink

Slice a dash of bell pepper and two cucumbers and sprinkle them with sugar an hour before cooking. Slice the last cucumber and one lemon. Zest the lime and squeeze the juice. Then juice two lemons. Put the mint (or estragon) in a pitcher. Add the lime zest and slices of lemon, cucumbers, and bell pepper while they are still moist. Pour in the lime and lemon juices and the sparkling water. Add the crushed ice. Garnish the glasses for the drink with slices of lemon and cucumber.

  • 1 liter of sparkling water
  • Sugar according to taste
  • 3 cucumbers
  • 1 large bell pepper
  • 1 lime
  • 3 lemons
  • Mint or estragon leaves
  • Ice

Apple Cider Drink

Slice the lemon into circles. Combine the apple and lemon juices in a pitcher. Add the lemon slices, mint, and ice. You can serve the drink with slices of apple.

  • 1 liter of apple juice (fresh or packaged)

  • 100 ml of lemon juice
  • 1 lemon
